How to prepare for Stenographer Examination Grade C & D, conducted by Staff Selection Commission
SSC – Staff Selection Commission conducted Stenographer Examination Gr. C & D every year, for filling the post of Stenographers in various ministries and departments of Government of India.
A stenographer is a very prominent post on behalf of its nature of duty. A stenographer has to perform the duty of a Personal Assistant or Personal Secretary also, as per requirements. To become a good stenographer, one must have a good quality command over shorthand and communication skill. Candidates those who appeared for Stenographer examination are expected to be proficient in shorthand with Good English / Hindi (whichever is medium ). Today, we will discuss “How to get passed in Stenographer Examination” with good marks.
Examination Pattern of SSC Stenographer Examination Gr. C & D:
Now, you may have an idea regarding the examination pattern of SSC Stenographer Examination.
The exam level is not very high for examination part. More focus is considered on English Comprehension. Kyonki English hi main part hai, if you are good in English, you will definitely pass this examination. On the other hand, to prepare for Reasoning section, you must be having a command over both verbal and non – verbal reasoning. The level of questions asked in reasoning section is again not high.
Finally, You must be ready for General Knowledge / Current Affairs. For this section, you should read one newspaper daily. It will be double game for you. English or GK dono prepare ho jaegi.
Please note that this examination consist of two stages 1 : Written Examination 2 : Shorthand Skill Test. Candidates those who qualify in Written Examination, will be called for shorthand skill test at the venue decided by the commission. Normally, it is conducted at Janakpuri, New delhi for north region.
